The world famous Abbey Tavern, one of the oldest pubs in Ireland, is a genuine 16th century
tavern located in the quaint fishing village of Howth. With its original stone walls, flagged
floors, blazing turf fires and friendly staff, a truly warm welcome awaits you in one of Dublin’s
best and most iconic venues. For over fifty years our world famous Traditional Irish Dinner
Show has been an ever present feature of The Abbey Taverns unique appeal. Our award
winning food, made with the freshest local ingredients, is served from 12 Noon – 10 pm
seven days a week. Our private rooms can accommodate groups from 20 to 250. The
Abbey Tavern is the ideal venue for group dining, corporate entertainment, incentives and
