Wellness offerings for your delegates that are unique to Dublin
We have listed some options below that could work for you to invigorate, delight, excite and inspire your delegates. Add a wellness section to your programme; give a breath of fresh air, an inner exploration, hands on the earth or full body movement to bring life and wellbeing to your event.

What to consider:
Who are your delegates, where will this activity fit into your programme? First thing in the morning? Start the day with a run, a collective meditation, or a short energiser. We would advise against a lunch time experience as this is a time for delegates to catch up on emails or network with peers and of course enjoy the Irish cuisine. Might a mid-afternoon short break suit to rejuvenate and reenergise delegates for the afternoon ahead? A simple breathwork practice, mindfulness moments or gentle movement will help bring the energy back to the body and mind to reawaken and reengage your delegates. Perhaps an evening social event, think outside of the bars and music venues. Would your delegates participate in a ‘sports evening’ including different levels of strenuous activities, connecting with teammates, and releasing pent up energy after sitting all day?
Provide a list of short walks for your delegates to enjoy in their down time, both scenic and historic options are abundant in Dublin, or take to the outskirts of the city to enjoy the views from the Dublin Mountains. Creativity is another avenue that can be explored as a way of instilling positive wellbeing; utilising another part of the brain it gives the active brain during your educational programme a break. Some creative wellness activities may include painting lessons, tai chi classes, or a scavenger hunt. Does your venue have an outdoor area that can be availed of and reserved for your delegates? Can you take advantage of the refreshment breaks to provide a healthier more nutritious option for your delegates?
